Description

-The Ranger Heat It Embossing Gun:
This has just come back on the market and is all the rage with embossing true believers. Hard core stampers are just over the moon about this–they love its gentle touch–no blowing your embossing powder around, no discoloring or overheating your paper (or at least, much harder to accidentally do that), etc.

-5 Essential Embossing Powders:
This range is a combination of the most exciting and the most practical–what could be better than exciting and practical? I’ve included Queen’s Gold (my favorite gold, and let me tell you, there’s a lot of different golds out there–I’m saving you a TON of work finding that perfect gold :-) ); Silver (bright and shiny); Liquid Platinum–really, it’s my favorite silver embossing color because it’s a warm silver and GREAT for home decor type projects; Copper, because it’s also warm and wonderful and subtle; and Black, because it’s so darn handy, and I’ve got a couple of projects up my sleeve that will use the black, so I figured you might as well have it here.

-My 4 Indispensable Versacolor Pigment Inkpads:
Pigment ink is essential for embossing, as you know from reading this blog post and watching the video. And I think Versacolor is the best–excellent coverage and easy to use. These four are the ones I use all the time myself because they cover a lot of creative ground–they represent each area of the color wheel, making wonderful color combinations to add to your embossing projects and having 4 will let you get a little more arty with your embossing (maybe you’ll only emboss some of an image, or rub bits of color in with your pinky to highlight areas and stuff like that). In addition, its the perfect, versatile color range for a ton of other stamping creations you make that don’t involve the embossing gun. If you love color, you’ll love this set of inkpads.

-A Gorgeous Damask Stamp to get you started.
I couldn’t exactly sell you a stamping and embossing kit and then make you go hunt down a stamp now, could I? So I thought I’d arm you with an excellent basic–this stamp is a gorgeous classic damask image from Heidi Swapp, and it’s big enough to fill the space of a whole tag with its prettiness, or you could deliberately just print a portion and have the image fall off the side for more cool artiness–it could also be a great repeat if you wanted to make your own wrapping paper–the possibilities are endless.

-An Uber-Practical Acrylic Block:
Speaking of possibilities, this damask stamp is a clear “cling” stamp that you need to attach to an acrylic block. If you’ve never stamped before, the reason this is so great is that you can see through your block to view exactly where you’re stamping (perfect if you’re trying to line something up), and it comes off easily when you’re done. I’ve supplied you with an 3″ x 4″ acrylic block which is just a tad bigger than the stamp–also perfect.  And the other thing that’s perfect about it, is that once you start using cling stamps you’ll start seeing them everywhere and buying them like mad–and this acrylic block is such a handy versatile size that most cling stamps will fit on it (again,”cling” stamps go on and come off the block easy as pie) so you won’t have to buy another acrylic block for QUITE a while. One block, many stamps. That’s good news.

-Your own copy of my Stamping and Embossing 101 How-To Video
I also give you a copy of my super practical Stamping and Embossing 101 How-To Video on so you can watch the video easily on any computer (using Dropbox.com), without having to go online every time. This is also handy if your internet access is slow or intermittent, then you don’t have to wait through any annoying stalling-stopping-starting, which can happen when you try to watch video on the internet. How cool is that?

-A Fabulous 10 Great Tips to Ensure Success Stamping and Embossing Tip Sheet:
